By enrolling with C2Prep, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Class Halt Policy:

Students enrolled for at least one month may take one break per month, up to a maximum of four days, with prior permission. Notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp to the assigned tutor.

2. Class Timing and Punctuality:

Students must be available on WhatsApp 5 minutes before the scheduled class. Missed classes due to late arrival, absence, or unapproved leave will not be rescheduled.

3. Fee and Refund Policy:

Once content access (e.g., Google Drive) has been shared, no refunds will be provided.

4. Content Sharing Restrictions:

Students are not permitted to share Google Drive links or downloaded content with others. Any violation may lead to permanent suspension of services without refund.

5. Fee Renewal:

Students must pay their fees at least two days in advance to ensure uninterrupted access to classes and materials.
